In addition, CI Azumano travel expressly reserves the right to correct any pricing errors on our site and/or on pending reservations made under an incorrect price. In such event, if available, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your pending reservation at the correct price, or we will cancel your reservation without penalty.

Dispute Resolution: Any claims arising out of the use of this Site shall be resolved by arbitration in Virginia Beach, Virginia in accordance with the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia (other than conflicts of laws rules) and of the United States of America shall apply. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator engaged in the practice of law. The arbitrator’s decision and award shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
